Oftentimes, when we hear about mantra meditation, there are a lot of different rules and practices that float around. We can get discouraged about even trying to meditate with a mantra, because we don’t know which mantra will be “the right one” for us or if we are supposed to repeat it a certain amount of times. We can also get distracted by the meaning of the mantra we’ve chosen and get off track with the meditation itself.
